Healthy Start Vitamins

I was taking folic acid and vitamin d tablets and at my first appointment I was given the Healthy Start Vitamins for when my tablets were finished. Does anyone know if I should only take these until 12 weeks as they contain folic acid or if they are for all through pregnancy? Thanks.
