Help!! ?
Ok ladies I really need your help. Contractions started 1am on wednesday morning. I have been having them ever since. Very painfull and irregular. Varying from every 10 mins to every 6 mins. Plug went this morning at 4am. Hospital said I've to wait till 5 mins apart to go in. They are getting really sore and I haven't slept for 3days ? can anyone give me any advice? Sorry for long post. Thank you. Xx

What did y’all ladies do to help with morning sickness? I keep seeing that sucking sweet tarts helps 🤷🏻♀️ any ideas? I have it all day 🤢
Having contractions every 3-4 mins since 4:44 ima try to wait them out BC last time I was having contractions 3 mins apart I wasn't dilating any but I was a finger tip and at my last appointment I was a full centimeter dilated.
