My LO hates the car seat!

HATES! He will cry 20-30 minutes. Then he sweats and cries more because he's hot. So, shopping is difficult. I have to wear him a lot of times. I don't want him to grow fast, but I'm ready to sit him up in a stroller! Or shopping cart! ?
