Left side overproducing
What can I do to balance things out again? My left side keeps getting engorged. I know it will make more milk to empty it but it hurts so I let baby feed on it. My right is giving a good amount but since the left keeps getting engorged, I'm not using the right as often now.
So I keep feeling these lil sharp pains on my right side. You do get pains like that before you start your period right.? Remember I had that dark brown spotting for a few hours last month on the 22. My period suppose to start today.

I keep seeing posts about not sleeping on your right side but to sleep on your left??? I am wayyyy more comfortable and use to my right then my left...I don't understand why I shouldn't be???
Sleeping position when pregnant I try to fall asleep on my left side but always wake up on my back or on my right side, is it really that bad not to be on my left?, I have horrible SPD and it's so uncomfortable on my left side so I must be turning in my sleep x
Can contractions be one sided? I woke up to this on and off pain in my right lower abdomen/pelvic area.. I sleep on my left side anyways, but I've peed, drank water, laid on my left side to see if they will stop and they haven't.. Currently laying on my right side and it is continuing???
