My KFC chicken. I usually use skinless thigh fillets or drumsticks (which I skin myself). I blend wholemeal bread for breadcrumbs and add various spices (salt, pepper, sweet and smoked paprika, bbq seasoning, tiny bit of cayenne, turmeric, Italian seasoning and lemon zest). Really, use the blend you like. Coat the chicken in beaten egg then in breadcrumbs and put in oven dish sprayed with fry light covering with kitchen foil. Put in the oven for 30 mins in 200 degrees fan. Then remove the foul and bake for further 20-30 mins to crisp up. I usually remove the biggest bit and cut through to test if cooked through. I love it with veg and celeriac chips. Enjoy

Ok, so my friend is wanting to get pregnant but..... Her fiancé does not want kids, at lease for another 3-5 years he said... so she came up with the idea to have me pee on a stick for her and show it to him so that he’ll be comfortable with not wearing a condom and finishing in her.. basically the whole idea is to make him think she’s pregnant already...... so I do this favor for her or should I tell my girl to chill?
