Calpol syringes are brilliant when feeding baby who refuses to eat due to sore throat. My 11 moth old was very poorly with his teething this time and off his food as it was very painful to swallow. But I liquidised chicken and veg and used calpol syringe to feed him. He had 3/4 of the portion. First proper meal in last 5 days. He'd still refused spoon but took syringe ?
