Idk why, but every time I go to the doctor they just check my blood pressure, weight, urine, baby's heartbeat, and send me on my way!

Ladies im freaking out right now!! I passed a huge blood clot and it's looks like there might be something else in my blood clot and I'm thinking I had a miscarriage somehow even though I'm on nexplanon. so my last appointment they found protein in my urine, trace of blood and my blood pressure was high. well now I'm starting to get blurred vision ( were I can't even see) and spots in my eyes. And then it will go away. also I haven't been able to eat and now I've lost alot of weight and now weighing 114. anyone have any ideas of what's going on

My mom does the advocare program and looses weight on it .. i want to look into it after the baby is here. Hopefully they have something safe for breastfeeding
