What do you ladies eat when you know you should eat but are still really nauseas? I'm 7 weeks and trying to stay on top of it this time (both my other pregnancies I just didn't eat, but I have to this time). I feel like I can't eat anything but fritos and water.

ok ladies, truth time!!! how much weight have you gained and how far along are you? My doctor basically said I was a fat ass because I have gained to much but I always feel hungry so I eat.
