Slip up

I'm on bc and have been for two months. Well the 15th, 16th, and 17th I missed my active pills, but I caught myself up on the 18th and 19th. Then that weekend the 22nd a close friend and I had a major slip up. Then on top of that I miss 4 more pills after that so I just threw the pack away. I started spotting on the 26th and bleed for three days after that. I was due to ovulated around Christmas time and the 22nd was one of my fertile days. Im just wondering if it could be a possibility I could have conceived?
