Early teething

Hi mommies! I know this may seem a little early but I really believe my baby girl is teething.....all the signs are there! She is drooling alot, fussy, sucking on her gums and hands, and even her gums are really hard with imprints. Am I alone or anybody else experiencing this? She is 8 weeks old and have been experiencing this for at least 2 weeks
