Vaginal itching

I'm 5 days pp and the last two days my vagina has been itching. Idk if it's the pads, the soap I bathed with, (wasn't thinking that I should have used antibacterial) or if I accidentally got preparation H in it from the terrible hemorrhoids I have. But is it possible to maybe have a yeast infection so soon after? Is this normal? My bleeding is very minimal and I haven't noticed a discharge, but it's beyond irritating
