Paraguard vs Kyleena (new form of mirena)

Do any of you ladies have experience with either? I like that the paragard has no hormones, but don't like the fact that it could possibly increase the length and heaviness of my period. I also like that it's good for 10 years. I like the kyleena because it's supposed to be smaller and may lessen the length of my period. But I've had really bad experiences with hormonal birth control
