Posterior Babies

Do any of you think your baby is posterior? I read on spinning babies that if you feel most of your kicks out front, then baby is probably posterior. I never worried about it with my other kids but now I am curious because it does seem like I still feel his knees or something out front. It also says it could keep him from engaging properly which could be why I'm not experiencing any progress because his head isn't applying the proper amount of pressure. Will he turn on his own if he is? I have an ultrasound tomorrow so I'm definitely gonna find out.
