When you already have hemorrhoids and you haven't even pushed the baby out yet ?? they hurt so bad. I got them really bad after having my second son. They were huge and one became thrombosed. I'm afraid that if I don't get rid of them that they'll just be worse when I do have him. Help!!! I've been using tucks pads but I know that's only for relief
