Where do I start. I potty trained my oldest 4.5 years ago so I feel clueless. But I think my son is ready. A couple weeks ago he was in the tub with his brother and got out to poop on the floor. Then this morning he pooped in his diaper, took it off and left it and the poop that was in it on the kitchen floor
