Do I call Dr?

I think I'm on a streak this week on being much more active on here. Anyways, my almost five year old son peed into a water bottle yesterday, at least that's what he told me right now. He came inside and grabbed the water bottle which at the moment I had no idea was the one he peed in and drank some. He then tells me it tastes gross and isn't water. I held it up to the light and it was a light yellow but definitely smelled like pee. So he forgot he peed in the water bottle and just drank it. I feel terrible and don't know if I should take him to see his Dr? I gave him water to drink that I made sure was clean and brushed his teeth for a good five minutes.
