Well ladies I'll be joining you guys in a couple months. Had my first ultrasound and no heartbeat was found. Not bleeding yet but my HCG levels have started to drop. It's called a missed miscarriage now I'm just praying I pass everything on my own because I don't want to have to have a d&c done. ?
