I'm out this cycle. At least I think. I'm spotting but not cramping. Im usually cramping when I am spotting for my period. I'm hoping it's implantation spotting. I'm one day late as of today.

Has any one gone into pre term labor can you explain it to me ? I'm having horrible back pains and started spotting since this morning light pink blood . And having cramps but nothing excruciating at first I was thinking I got a uti because that happened early on during pregnancy and felt like strong cramps but never spotted and was treated with an antibiotic . I called by doctor but haven't heard back from them . Would it be appropriate to go to l&d or the er ? #ftm
