I passed a huge blood clot and it's looks like there might be something else in my blood clot and I'm thinking I had a miscarriage somehow even though I'm on nexplanon. So I keep feeling these lil sharp pains on my right side. You do get pains like that before you start your period right.? Remember I had that dark brown spotting for a few hours last month on the 22. My period suppose to start today.

Ok sooo since the doc thought I was having a threaten miscarriage due to my spotting they told me I couldn't have intercourse but now they saw that my hcg levels were goin up and everything was fine now I want to know(and forgot to ask them) if I still couldn't have intercourse?? The brown spotting is there and I was told its normal so now I'm just stuck and confused if I can have sex or not, will that make it any worse especially for the baby??
