Missed Period, Negative test

Hey ladies, my period was due Feb 8th, I've been testing since 6dpo and all test are negative. Yesterday I had the smallest amount of spotting and now nothing. When I check my cervix it feels hard, closed, and it's sensitive. What could possibly be going on?
