Pressure and sore down there ?

This happened at the VERY end of my first two pregnancies but I'm not sure if it's normal/okay at 22 weeks. It just feels like there's a 5lb weight sitting above it (which my husband pointed out that there kind of is), and is swollen and sore feeling. Anyone else experiencing this or asked your dr about it?
