Sprinkle before of after baby for team green?

If you weren't finding out the sex of your baby, would you want your sprinkle before or after the birth? It's our third baby so we have most of essentials. We went through a lot to get this one here and I definitely want to celebrate him/her, and had a friend offer to put something together. I want it super small and simple! Worried if we do it after the birth we'll be in the middle of the holiday craziness.
