OB knew the sex right away

So we are team green but I'm really enjoying speculating about this baby ?. At 16.5 weeks we had a scan so my OB could see the sex and let my mom know (she's doing shopping for me). I've felt pretty strongly it's a girl, but during that scan my OB knew the sex so quickly it makes me wonder if she saw boy parts. When she first put the wand down on my belly it was by the legs and we didn't see anything in between, but we have no idea if it was the right angle to see a penis anyways. She moved it up by baby's head really quickly and then told us to look away while she went back down by the legs to confirm sex.
