Emilia too close to Emily?

I'm loving the name Emilia (nickname Emmy), but DH thinks it is too similar to his sister, Emily. I agree they LOOK similar but I think hey sound totally different. And we only see her 3ish times a year. What do you guys think? No big deal, or does he have a point?
