Still no appetite??

16 weeks tomorrow and I still have no appetite. Anyone else STILL dealing with this?! With my first two pregnancies the second trimester is when I started eating really healthy and felt great. I was just looking through a recipe book planning dinners for this week and got so nauseous... only a handful of things are appealing to me and they're not healthy. ?
