Pain way off to the side

I keep having sharp-ish pains way off to the sides where (I think) my ovaries are. Is this normal after ivf because they were just worked so hard? My retrieval was Feb 13th, so it's been awhile! It's kind of freaking me out that our embryos implanted in each tube or something ?. Our scan tomorrow cannot come soon enough!!
