Visitor Frustrations

Baby boy is officially a week old today. We've been home for four days and between the hospital and home we've had visitors every single day. It's exhausting and frustrating. I'm breast feeding and with that, I'm half naked most of the time. Anyone have any advice to postpone visitors at least? I'm also a worry wart about germs too. My nieces and friends with young kids want to visit. I just want to have some bonding time (and sleep!).
