Two years

So two years ago today dh and I lost our first pregnancy at 21 weeks. This pregnancy came as a shock. But now here we are two years later and haven't been able to conceive since. I've considered talking to my doctor about it next time around, I just don't want to hear the 'you need to loose weight' lecture. I'm probably 10 lbs heavier now, so I don't really see that making a difference. Just wondering who you ladies have talked to about ttc. The only time I saw an OBGYN was when I was pregnant. Any suggestions welcomed.
