Higher HCG levels for girl pregnancies

I’ve read recently on several different threads that girl pregnancies produce higher HCG levels. So I was wondering with you ladies, did you get earlier BFPs or higher HCG levels in previous girl pregnancies or is this just another old wives tale? I know with my personal experience, my first was a girl but I was a teenager so I wasn’t trying to get pregnant obviously so I wasn’t testing early. With my latest boy pregnancy, I didn’t get a good BFP until 14DPO & my HCG levels were on the lower side of normal for the first few weeks. Tell me your opinions!!
