I'm bleeding now and it's like period blood but no pains 😔

TMI but I just went to the bathroom and I'm bleeding a lot! I'm so scared! Trying to find a ride to the hospital cause my car is broken

Thank you so much for all your love and support. I get my bloodwork back Monday. The bleeding has increased and cramps have started. It's bright red and thick. I'm not holding out hope that it is anything other than a miscarriage. Bleeding, cramps, and a negative pregnancy test....pretty clear. I believe my migraine was triggered by a drop in estrogen.
