why am I bleeding again?!?!

Is my vagina broken? I'm 10 weeks pp and this has to be the 4th time I've started bleeding heavily again out of nowhere. It's broken I'm telling you it's broken.

I'm bleeding now and it's like period blood but no pains 😔

thank you everyone! Thank you so much for all your love and support. I get my bloodwork back Monday. The bleeding has increased and cramps have started. It's bright red and thick. I'm not holding out hope that it is anything other than a miscarriage. Bleeding, cramps, and a negative pregnancy test....pretty clear. I believe my migraine was triggered by a drop in estrogen. This is 2 mc inside of 40 days. It's pretty mentally draining. Hopefully the dr will examine me to find a solution. I'm definitely wanting to move forward, but it will be hard to get excited again.
