Will I ever stop bleeding?

I'm 5+ weeks pp after emergency c section and I am showing no signs of slowing down on the bleeding. I have my 6 week on Monday so I will definitely ask then, but does anyone have any input? For some reason I thought that with c sections you don't bleed as much but maybe I was just naive.

C section moms, after your c section did you have postpartum bleeding(I knew a few who didn't. ) if so how long did it last and was it worse than your period
