Lopsided tatas

My milk is starting to come in and I have one gigantic boob and one less gigantic. Is this normal? Are they always going to be lopsided? The lactation specialist is scheduled to come in before I leave today so I'll be sure to ask her as well.

But I have one for a nt scan and a obstetric scan. Why do I have 2 appointments? What does this mean?
