I'm feeling upset and I'm not sure it's justified

So I had my baby at 24 weeks. It took a lot for me to share a picture of him with everyone because I just feel this tremendous need to protect him and felt like I was opening him up to gawking or rude comments...idk how to explain my feeling really, I just felt protective.
