shortened cervix
Just came back from a follow up ultrasound and baby is doing great but my cervix is severely shortened, half a cm. I'm starting progesterone suppositories and bed rest today and have a recheck in a week. I'm so worried, I'm almost 24 weeks and I just am hoping and praying little man stays in as long as he can.

all these girls are like "12 weeks left", "100 days left", "oh I'm soo close!"....

Anyone holding onto their pregnancy with a cervix that's shortening? I'm 28 weeks and my cervix dropped to a 2.6
Everyone getting their cervix checked and I'm just here like "I haven't got mine checked since 22 weeks and I'm not checking it again until I'm 40 weeks and in active labor. Ain't about to be unnecessarily putting your fingers in my vag." Amen. God is good.
I'm getting induced at 39 weeks, any tips on how to rippen my cervix? I really dont want that balloon in, i think the consultant was trying to scare me...
Or how many people's cervix have been thin enough to just have a pessary in at 39 weeks
Praying for a good appointment tomorrow. I'm dilated 2 cm & hoping that it has not gone up!🙏🙏🙏 And I'm praying my cervix shortening has gotten longer. I need these babies to stay in there until at least 36weeks!!
