So I posted the other day about my 2 year old needing surgery. Well we got the date and it's December 16th. It's a major surgery so he will be in the hospital 4 days if everything goes good.

With no traffic 30 minutes but with traffic it could be 1 to 2 hours

Is there a Ronald McDonald house at the hospital you could stay at? That way you wouldn't have to commute and the girls wouldn't have to stay in the hospital room with your son.

I think I live to close to the hospital to stay there. I don't live very far from it, it's only traffic that makes it far

I honestly think you're doing the best you can all things considered. You can only stretch yourself so far in order to be there for all of your children. Just continue to be willing to accept help when offered and don't be afraid to ask for help when needed for things that you don't have to do yourself (like cleaning, cooking--things close friends or relatives might be able to help with so you can use your energies to be with your children). I pray it all turns out all right.
