Other twin mom's
I was shopping today and I seen a couple and they had newborn twins and also a boy my son's age. I really wanted to talk to them because I'll be going threw it very soon. But I didn't because I wasn't sure if I would have sounded like a creeper or something. I don't know anyone that has twins so it's all new to me and having a young son is going to be hard so I'm hoping to find another mom going threw the same thing.

Not at all! My husband was out walking our boys and a lady got out of her car to talk to him as she had twins! Once you have them you honestly can't go anywhere without people talking to you!! I love asking other twin parents advice if I see any x

I'm not sure where you are located, but Google Mother of Twins (your city). You may have a local chapter in your area. My twins aren't here yet (37+5 today :-/) , but my brothers are twins and my mom didn't mind genuine questions....now the stupid comments of, "are they twins," would annoy us all and she moved right along.
Also, if you do see a set of multiples, ask if there is a support group in your area, they may be a part of it.

I've seen & approached twin moms/dads, and I've been approached by other twin parents. I think its nice to see. :-)

I'm a FTM of twins (now 11 weeks) and people approach us all the time and I'm more than happy to talk (despite silly questions like are they identical even though they are b/g :))
I would definitely talk to them. Most twin moms wanna help others.
Feel free to message me if you wanna chat :)

No not at all, I stopped a lady with twin boys who are 5 weeks old and it turns out she lives 5 minutes from me, we have met up and it looks like she will be a friend for life now so don't be scared about talking to others as it's so nice speaking to someone who's been through it and this girl also had her boys at the same hospital where I'm going xx

My partner and I seem to attract multiples every time we go to the shops lately!! We've so far spoken to a grandmother of frat twin boys, parents of triplets (all girls 2x ID) and parents of twin girls. Most of them are more than happy to talk to you especially once they hear you are carrying multiples too! Oh and all three said... Don't listen to the scary stories, yes its hard work & your first year will be exhausting, BUT its a truly special experience :)

I have :) They would be the best people to talk to!! If they look friendly (& mum isnt looking too sleep deprived!) go for it :)

There's a secret bond us moms of twins have. :-) I've both approached and been approached. And by twin Mamas of all ages! It's pretty neat.

I asked a mom of twins in the doctor office yesterday who had my stroller and was dying to hear a real review of it. She was more than happy to talk about it. :)
