Bathe it with salt water a couple of times a day. Should clear it right up

Doctor said its fine, just abit irritated so to keep doing what I'm doing. He said to keep an eye on him because it could be viral which will go away by itself. Not sure what's causing the temp so just have to wait and see ?

I'm not sure that it is but I know it is sore, he cries whenever he is on his tummy. I'm wondering if it could be the cause of his temps, they just won't go. Hopefully we find out whatever it is?
