Taking prenatals
So no matter what time of day or what I’m doing if I take my prenatal I throw it back up. I’ve tried empty stomach, full , just eating crackers. I still barf it back up so my questions are one should I switch to gummy bears and two since I barfed it back up should I try taking another ? I have twins and I don’t want them to loose anything lol .?

I took the gummies with my first pregnancy, but they don’t have iron in them, and I ended up anemic after my c-section due to so much blood loss. With this pregnancy, I’m taking regular prenatals, and they aren’t bothering me at all. I have a sensitive gag reflex, so it can be a challenge, but taking them before bed seems to be fine. Mine don’t have DHA in them, so I’m taking gummies for that.

Tell your Obgyn they can prescribe you something different. The same happened to me in my last pregnancy this one I take them after dinner.

I got a sample of vitaMedMD® RediChew® Rx
from my doctor. They don't have iron and are "ideal for women with morning sickness". May be worth looking into.

I take mine right before bed so I sleep through any nauseous feelings from it..
