Milk

Does anyone that doesn't drink cows milk still eat cheese, yogurt, ice cream, etc?

I try and avoid milk as much as I can (I bf and dd is allergic to milk). There are some days that I'll eat cheese but that's it. The dairy-free cheese isn't too bad but it's not the same ?

Yes. I try to use dairy free at home, but sometimes eat pizza and stuff with dairy. I'm a vegetarian.

Yes. I just don't like drinking milk. But try and get between me and my Ben & Jerry's... nope

I started drinking milk this pregnancy because my ds is allergic to dairy and I feel so bad for him because he can't have pizza or cakes at parties or anything and he tells me he wants to try them so badly. So my doctors said I should drink milk and hope it helps decrease this baby's chances of developing an allergy to it.

I've never liked milk, I'll occasionally put it in cereal but that's it. However I eat yogurt almost everyday, love cheese, and my biggest craving this pregnacy has been ice cream!

I taste the cow's milk flavor in any dairy product and it grosses me out. I LOVE silk brand yogurt, daiya or follow your heart brand cheese, tofutti ice cream/sour cream/cream cheese. Even Ben and Jerry's makes non dairy flavors now. My DH is an omnivore but gobbles up my vegan food too. If you don't like one brand or item keep trying others. There's a huge selection nowadays.

I don't like milk but still love ice cream, cheese, yogurt, etc. but something about plain milk I don't like. I can use it in cereal or hot chocolate but I don't like drinking it. I prefer almond milk.

I only buy cows milk. We buy almond milk. But we still eat cheese, yogurt, sour cream and ice cream.

Thanks for the responses. I've been wanting to switch to a nut milk instead of cows milk. Milk is hard on my baby's tummy, but nothing else seems to bother her.

Milk is awful but I eat some yogurt and cheese. Not all.

Me, I don't like the taste of milk but sometimes I'll even drink chocolate milk or heavily sugared milk in cereal

I think milk is disgusting! But I love me some cheese, cottage cheese, and ice cream!!

I'm lactose intolerant, but I occasionally indulge in ice cream and just suffer the consequences. I have yet to find a dairy free ice cream that I like.

Yes, I don't drink cow's milk because to me it is a waste of calories. I don't like drinking my calories, so I'll use almond milk instead if I have cereal or overnight oats or something. But I'll eat yogurt ice cream and cheese all day long.

My mom is lactose intolerant so she can't drink milk. However she can eat small amounts of some dairy products like cheese or yogurt without it bothering her. I personally am not a fan of drinking milk. Just don't like the taste very much. However I love my dairy products. Could never give up cheese and ice cream.

I suck it up and eat pizza and ice cream, but it's at the point I can barely eat chocolate ? so I suffer to enjoy what I love. My girls aren't as bad as I am, but I am careful with what they get.

My son. He's allergic to milk, but many other dairy products don't bother him. He loves cheese.

Me. I find cow milk repulsive (taste, aftertaste) but I will go to town on all other dairy. I drink almond milk instead.

Yes but not often
