How long does it usually take breast milk to dry up completely? I exclusively breast pump and I do not want my milk to dry. With my baby still being in the hospital and going through surgeries, it is very hard to sit still long enough to pump every 2-3 hours. My supply has decreased significantly and as much as I want to pump that much, right now I don't have the time. Also, does anyone have any tips that can help me keep my milk and up my supply? I think I only pumped 6 times since yesterday. ?

I didn't BF my 2nd baby and my milk was completely dried up within a week, not sure how long the average time is.
For keeping your supply up, drink a ton of water. I notice a huge difference in days that I slack on drinking water. Also, eating steel cut oats, drinking a can of beer a day, mothers milk tea, and some vitamin supplements.

I don't have experience trying to up my supply, but they only way to keep it is to nurse or pump. Once your baby is healthy enough you can nurse and get to where you need to be, but you just have to make sure you keep pumping momma. Good luck! Maybe try hand expressing in between pumps. You won't be tied to a pump as much.
