40w4d no signs of baby
I was due on Monday and I'm supposed to be getting induced on the 22nd and I have NEVER felt a contraction or lost my mucous plug. I don't even feel like I'm about to have a baby. Has anyone else gotten this far without ever feeling a contraction or losing a mucous plug? I'm hoping I still have time for him to come on his own.

With my first I never had contractions until labor started. Was 2 cm and 80% on a Wednesday. Contractions started Thursday night and she was born Friday which was a week late.

With my first I was in the same boat as you. Not one contraction, nothing and then 40 wks, 4 days at night I randomly went into labor and went from 1 cm dilated, 0% effaced to delivering the baby in ten hours. It was crazy fast!

I was due Monday too. No contractions other than random BH. Exam this past Tuesday showed I wasn't dilated at all, but "softening." My docs are really conservative though and won't induce until 42 weeks... So if nothing happens, they'll schedule me around the 28th. I was hoping to have my little guy in my arms by now!

I'm on the same boat, I'll be induced on the 28th if baby boy doesn't come on his own. No contractions, only a few BH, no pain, no mucus plug, nothing... Just feel like crap.
