Excited about OB appt
I am so excited about going to my 16 week ob appt. I know its going to be a normal appt but I just love going there and hearing my baby's heartbeat. I can't sleep lol

I went to my appt and the baby's heartbeat was 133bpm. :) im just upset I have to wait until im 24 weeks to get my anatomy scan. This 2 months cant go by fast enough lol

Is the anatomy scan when you find out the gender?

They check to make sure the baby is developing normally everywhere. Including boy or girl parts...

Yes the gender and much more. The heart beat is reassuring though so I won't be impatient

Why do u have to wait so long? I thought I was gonna have to wait to 20 weeks but I'll be having mine at 18w3d..3 weeks to go!

I have no idea why they wait so long. That's just how they operate. I wanted to switch OBs but other than that one issue I like them, so I'll be patient
