I have had 5 healthy pregnancies/babies all vaginal deliveries and I would love one more but I keep thinking and dreaming about losing the next pregnancy:( I'm so scared to suffer a loss. I wonder if I ever did need a c section how I would come home n take care of the other 5. Are the odds against me? 6/6 possible I'm almost 36. just wanted to hear other experiences or thoughts.

It is a risk but it's that way for everyone. With each one of my later pregnancies I felt like I was tempting fate because I already had healthy pregnancies and healthy babies. I have 5 beautiful children and then I had a miscarriage in May. I was so afraid that being 39, I had already passed the point where I could get pregnant and carry another baby to term. I decided that that was silly though and we tried again. I got pregnant 2 months after my loss and I'm almost 8 weeks with our 6th. I just pray everyday that this baby will grow and be healthy. I'm 8/8 all vaginal.. I've had 2 miscarriage in between my 3rd and 4th and 7th and 8th I'm currently on baby number 9 and hoping the same thing hopefully another vaginal..but could I really be that lucky? We can only pray for another vag delivery..either way as long as baby is healthy and ok!

I'm currently almost 9 weeks with our rainbow, #6, #5 was a mmc that I had a D&C for on July 3rd. I got pregnant again right away. It was my first loss. My first was vaginal, second scheduled c-section, third and fourth both vbac's. I had that same feeling with the last pregnancy, unfortunately it turned out to be right. But I've already seem this baby, and it had a good, strong heartbeat, and I'll get another ultrasound this Friday just for my peace of mind.
