Hello! Can I get some feed back on body beast please? Just found out I'm expecting #5 but was working out and using 21 day fix prior to this. I just bought body beast but one will not be starting until after baby is born. I was just wondering if some fit mommas that used it can tell me about how and if it works:) I don't have a bench is the ball and and resistance bands as effective as using a bench and pull up bar? Thanks in advance:)
