Cramping:(
Hello! Just found out last week that we are expecting #5 but this would be my first fit pregnancy. I have been working out at home for the last 2 yrs so figured I could continue, but I'm noticing that even when I motify my workouts I'm experiencing cramping after:( should I stop completely? I'm only 4wks 5days and don't see my dr until 7wks. I'm so nervous:( any advice? Thanks

I cramped that early on during workouts too. I just stopped what I was doing and tried something else. It passed for me after a few weeks.

I had cramping early on during workouts as well. Made me super nervous! I just toned down what I was doing or stopped completely until they went away. I also found they were worse when I didn't have a lot of water to drink beforehand

You should try the Smovey massage. I am 39 weeks pregnant still stay active 5 times a weeks in the gym doing light weight & squats. Smovey really helps my cramps especially I have my husband massage calf 5 mins before I go to bed. Since then no cramps during night time :)

Keep active if you can. Try hugging a warm (not hot) water bottle afterwards to relieve cramping and drink lots of water. If it's bad, consider switching it up to find a type of activity that feels a bit better.

I would stop for now. Until you talk to your Dr. Then when you're in the safe zone, which is normally 13 weeks. Start back up slowly. Just try to eat healthy, drink lots of water, and take it easy for now.
It's better to play it safe in the early part of your pregnancy.
