No water, formula is enough to keep him hydrated.

Keep giving formula on demand. You shouldn’t give him water if pedi said no.

@k_nc no he's on formula he was loosing too much weight when I was breast feeding he been on formula for two weeks

Is he breastfed? If he is it might not be diarrhea it might just be breastmilk poop and the fussiness could be because something you’re eating is hurting his tummy like dairy or garlic or broccoli

@polaquita should I keep giving him milk ??? The pediatrician said no water until he's 6 month when he was born but idk if since he has diarrhea it's different

Keep him hydrated and call his Pedi tomorrow
