Having scoliosis and being pregnant with twins does not mix my back is in so much pain 😩😩

I can’t even imagine how you’re feeling with two!. I had back surgery a year ago and have scoliosis and I’m only pregnant with one and it hurts bad enough. Back pain is no joke

I have scoliosis too. Had surgery when u was 11 years old back in 02'. With my first pregnancy in 2016 thought my back was going to blow and now I'm pregnant again omg some days hurt like hell ugh

Interesting... I’ve had scoliosis since I was a child but I never put together my back pain with that, especially since my dr told me w my 2nd pregnancy that I have sciatica. But this would make so much sense or maybe a mixture of both? 😒 I would imagine having twins puts major strain on your back 😩 what are you found to alíviate the pain ?

@leslyev92, my fiancé bought me a back massager so that helps or sometimes I soak
