No, it's just covered in mud! I was driving slow since I was purposefully pulling off. I just didn't know I was about to plummet to the depths of the earth. LOL!!

I once stopped to help a turtle out of the street. This sucker was huge and didn't realize it was a snapper until I went to grab it and it was hissing and snapping at me. Well I couldn't just leave it now that I had backed up traffic on both sides of the road and everyone watching me. So I went and found a giant stick and the turtle snapped on that and scooted it along across the street with one hand and a foot while my other hand held onto the stick. Must have been a wonderful site ? I was embarrassed and not one person bothered to help me. He was heavy!

My husband did this exact same thing (except he pulled over to let a car pass, it was a very narrow road) I still make fun of him for it lol
