Rant ? My husband isn't usually an ass, honest, but tonight he's got my hormonal self very upset!

What a dink! Maybe he was taking a bad day out on you? Either way, not cool and I hope he has a better attitude tomorrow.

We all have bad days, I know. He could at least apologize though. Instead he's acting like he has no idea in the world why I'm upset with him.

That does suck. I'm sorry. He's in his feelings. I'm sure at some point he will come around and realize he was being a dick.

I kind of think your comment to him about his priorities seems a little harsh. Maybe that upset him or made him feel like his work wasn't getting acknowledged either.

I'm sure it could have come across as harsh, but we both work. I'm fortunate to work from home full time so I take care of most of the household stuff, errands, and running the kids around. My comment came from him ALWAYS being late - for everything. Practices, games, you name it. When it comes to work, he never puts his foot down and tells them when he has to leave. Normally I don't care and let it slide, but I thought today could be the exception being it was his daughter's birthday.

I would be pissed too. And although my husband actually got. Super on board with our babes bday (today as well by the way!). I can totally imagine this happening to us. Guys sometimes are such ... ?a holes. So sorry, and even tho he should appreciate you more, i hope you know what you're doing for your kids is so so so valuable. I did all that too! And all my self, and I got tons of good feedback but I did t all for her. Anyways I hope you don't let it ruin your good work.. and he comes around. I know feeling unappreciated is legit the worst ever. Especially by the one you love so much!
