Have you thought of a cruise one that maybe stops off at others places. My mil just did one for China. She had a blast and got to see everything she wanted. Along with it being a reasonable price because she didn't have to pay for food or a place to stay. Only when off the boat. Also had a friend who just went to Puerto Rico and her pictures where beautiful. But if you want to stay in the states SF is fun if you have never been. You've got China town, Pier 39 tons of museums and beautiful Muriel's everywhere in the city. Haight and Ashbury is a classic but it's gone very mainstream now. Also if you can do a tour of Alcatraz and of course the ocean. So lots of cool stuff. Just went last year for my 10 year.

Are you really in PR???? My boss owns two houses down there in Vieques and always offers it to us to stay! We haven't taken him up on it yet though.

Stay away from the Caribbean islands. Puerto Rico has the biggest outbreak with Zika. You can go to the CDC website. Last I knew it was safe to go to the Bahamas and Bermuda. Bermuda is absolutely beautiful and there are lots of private little beach areas you can go to and it will only be you and your hubby.

I recommend Ireland! Costa Rica has Zika. Go to cdc.gov for a list of infected areas.

Come to Canada! It's beautiful during the fall. British Columbia, or the East coast. Or around the Great Lakes. Our dollar sucks big time so it wouldn't be expensive and no zika! (No mosquitos at that time of the year actually. Lots of bears though). ??

I was looking for a zika free honeymoon for the first week of September. It was between Bermuda and the Bahamas. Decided on the Bahamas and can't wait!
